Pea protein ladoos balls

Ingredients 1 cup of oats

  •  1/4 cup of shredded coconut
  •  1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  •  1/2 cup of pea protein powder
  • 1/4 cup of almond butter or peanut butter
  •  2 tablespoons of maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 cup of water or almond milk
  •  2 tablespoons of chia seeds or flaxseeds
  •  A pinch of salt

Instructions for Preparation

 

Step 1: Take a large bowl, and mix the oats with pea protein powder. You must also add chia seeds to the mixture.

Step 2: Now, you need to add almond or peanut butter, with honey. Consider mixing vanilla extract, and a bit of salt as well.

Step 3: After you mix everything together, add water gradually. At the same time, consider mixing everything till it becomes consistent.

Step 4: A bit later, you have to form small balls with the dough.

Step 5: To enhance the flavour, roll the balls in shredded coconut.

Step 6: Place the pea protein balls in a dish and keep it inside the refrigerator. You must make sure that the protein balls are kept for 30 mins.

Step 7: You now have to remove the balls from the fridge and enjoy them.
