Ingredients

1 cup full of fresh strawberries

1 scoop full of pea protein powder

1/2 banana

1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk

1/4 cup of yogurt

1 tablespoon of honey (can be used for sweetness)
- 1/2 cup of small ice cubes

1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract (to enhance the flavour)
Instructions for Preparation
Step 1: Take a large bowl and mix flour, pea protein powder, and sugar thoroughly. You must also mix baking powder along with cinnamon and salt.
Step 2: Now, take one more bowl and mix milk with mashed bananas. While mixing, you must also add melted butter and vanilla extract.
Step 3: A bit later, you have to mix everything well. Make sure you spend some time mixing till the batter is consistent.
Step 4: Afterwards, heat a non-sticky pan for a few minutes. Apply some oil on the pan’s surface.
Step 5: Pour around 1/4 cup of batter on the pan.
Step 6: When you observe bubbles on the surface, flip the pancake. Later, you have to cook it for 1 to 2 minutes till it becomes golden brown.
Step 7: You now have to remove the pancake from the pan and place it on a dish. Later, you must repeat the above steps to prepare more pancakes.
Step 8: At this instance, you have to serve the pancakes. Consider eating them with maple syrup or peanut butter.
